Indy enters this game with nothing to play for. They are locked into the No.1 seed and were resting players last week in a loss to Seattle. This week they are keeping many players out. QB Peyton Manning and RB Edgerrin James figure to only play a series or two and WRs Marvin Harrison and Brandon Stokley won't play. Arizona's defense has played well over the last month and should be able to contain QB Jim Sorgi. The Cardinals' defense features many young players who are improving weekly. Look for them to continue to play hard and try to lay the groundwork for a top defense for the future.

Offensively, Arizona will look to QB Josh McCown (294 yards and 2 TDs last week) to get the offense rolling. WRs Larry Fitzgerald and Anquan Boldin have both gone over 1,300 yards receiving and figure to be top targets this week. The Colts are resting many of their starters in the front seven, meaning McCown doesn't figure to face much pressure. The running game has been stagnant all season (32nd overall) and doesn't figure to do much this week either.

If this was a matchup with meaning, we would be looking at a double-digit line. As it is, I like Arizona getting points in this situation. The Colts are still dealing with the death of HC Tony Dungy's son and this game means nothing to them. This game is important for Arizona as they look to establish their offense and the team as a whole. The defense has played well and the passing game has taken off. Look for a road cover by the visitor.

As a result of their conservative offense and stiff defense, the UNDER is now 10-5 in all Bucs games this season with an average combined total score of just 35.6 points per game. Furthermore, if we factor out the almost inexplicable 36-35 victory over Washington, the other 14 games are averaging just 33.1 points, more than four points less than this posted total.

As for the Saints, if they could only manage four field goals in an ugly 13-12 home loss to DETROIT last week, how will they generate any offense vs. this Tampa Bay unit? Sadly, that putrid offensive performance has become par for the course for a New Orleans team that is averaging just 14.8 points per game for the entire season. These two clubs only combined for 13 points in a 10-3 Buccaneers victory in their first meeting this year, and we look for this contest to stay well below the posted number yet again.
